Challenge Period This Challenge shall commence from 1st May 2024 until 30th May 2024 (“Challenge Period”). Any extension or discontinuation of the Challenge Period thereto shall be at NMooMoo’s sole discretion. Eligibility This campaign shall be applicable to new and existing active NMooMoo users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users"). For the avoidance of doubt, "active" means the User's account must be able to perform transactions in NMooMoo and is not under limitations. Challenge Mechanics The following Moo~ Madness Challenge will be following the 'Point System': - 1 like will be counted as 1 point (All 4 platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu) - 1 share will be counted as 2 point (Facebook & TikTok) - 1 Collects as 2 points (Xiao Hong Shu) - Any GoMoo+ content included in the video/reel is qualified for an extra 300 points The video/reel are allowed to be posted on multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu), and only the highest point can take in accountability. Employees of NMooMoo and their immediate families and NMooMoo’s partner merchants are not eligible to participate. 1 account can post more than 1 content, only the highest point takes accountability. The videos that receive the same number of points will be ranked based on their view count, with the video having higher views being the winner. Video length to be at least 20 seconds and no longer than 1 minute. The date Moo~Madness Challenge will run from May 1, 2024, until May 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Any videos or reels posted after the end date will no longer be valid for entry into the contest, and points will cease to be counted after the stated date and time. Winners of the Moo~Madness Challenge will be announced on 4th June 2024. The post must be set as Public on all social media platforms. Tag our Social media Account: nmoomoomy (Instagram & Facebook), nmoomoomy_oe (TikTok), NMooMoo要吃这里店(Xiao Hong Shu). Need to include the following “Hashtags”: #nmoomoo #3oosary #fooddeliveryapp #MooMadness. Must order from either Moosary Party Set or Moo Signatures Merchants. This challenge is only applicable for Delivery Order(s). Video must have NMooMoo elements, such as but not limited to, NMooMoo logo, NMooMoo mascots, and NMooMoo song. Prizes offered for the Moo~Madness Challenge includes the following items: - Grand Prize: RM5,000 Cash - 1st Runner up: RM 500 Cash - 2nd Runner up: RM300 Cash Winners must submit their order history to redeem the prize and if they include GoMoo+ content, winner(s) will need to include a proof of subscription. NMooMoo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the Contest guidelines or Terms and Conditions. This includes but is not limited to videos that depict NMooMoo in a negative light or contain inappropriate content. By participating in the Challenge, participants agree to release and hold harmless to NMooMoo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to their participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. NMooMoo reserves the right to select the winner based on creativity and originality. NMooMoo reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Contest or any part of the Contest rules at any time without prior notice. The Participants grant to NMooMoo the right to use any videos/content and/or other material received during the challenge (including the Participants’ name, email addresses, contact numbers, photos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Campaign Mechanics To participate in this Campaign, Users must complete a transaction in the NMooMoo App (“Transaction”) to earn one (1) entry for this Campaign. Users will stand a chance to win a Lucky Draw (prizes as defined below) by participating in this Campaign. Upon completion of the requirement stated in Clause 1 above, there will be a pop up game, whereby Users will need to ‘Choose A Present’. Users will get to select one (1) out of three (3) presents for a chance to win a reward. Users will receive one (1) reward which will be credited into the Users’ Account or delivered to Users’ registered delivery address. Users can collect more than one (1) entry per day as long as they meet the requirement in Clause 1 & 2 above. NMooMoo has full discretion on selection of winners. Any dispute will not be allowed. Rewards in the form of food coupons and NMooMoo points will be credited in the User’s account on the same day the Prize is won. Winners are required to fill up delivery details on pop up for rewards of ‘MooMoo Plushie’ and ‘NMooMoo White Mug’, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Rewards of ‘MooMoo Plushie’ and ‘NMooMoo White Mug’ will be delivered to relevant parties within thirty (30) days after the campaign ends (1st June 2024). NMooMoo will not be liable for any delays due to factors beyond control. Winners are responsible for accurate shipping information.
